Departmental Compliance (10 June 2015)
For 2014-15, the majority of Departments (15, representing 48% of total appointment ) were assessed either as ‘green’ or ‘amber/green’, but there were 5 (representing 52 % of total appointment) that were assessed as ‘red’ or ‘amber/red’. The Public Appointments Commissioner follows up on these high-risk Departments, giving them an action plan for improvement and asking them to report back on progress.
