Under Section 6.1 of the Governance Code, the list of ‘significant appointments’ must be agreed by ‘Ministers and the Commissioner for Public Appointments’. Below are the lists of significant appointments agreed by UK Government and Welsh Government ministers and the Commissioner. The appointments on these lists all have a Senior Independent Panel Member on the Advisory Assessment Panel for campaigns (for more details, read here).
Both lists will be kept under review and updated when required. The last update was in 2026.
